Thank you for your interest in the American Outdoor Cooking Association (AOCA).
The AOCA was established to help standardize the installation and use of grills, smokers, and live-fire outdoor cooking equipment. After more than 30 years in the outdoor living industry, we recognized a lack of consistent standards for installation, initial use, ongoing use, and maintenance. Our mission is to educate both the public and the industry on proper, standardized operational practices.
