Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at 682.719.2866 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Most homrowners benefit from a deep clean and inspection at least once a year, ideally before peak grilling season. Heavy users (weekly or more) may require our After Care (reocurring service)  some like it monthly were others  require it quarterly.

We service every brand and type of equipment, including gas and charcoal grills, pellet and offset smokers, griddles, live open fire pits to custom built units, pizza ovens, infered grills, ceramic style units, santa maria style grills. We have serviced almost everything you can imagen over the years. Along with live fire features, fire tables and fire pits, refigeration, wine coolers, sinks, cabinets and all outdoor appiiances.

Our service calls go beyond surface cleaning. We deep-clean the cooking grates, ceramic briquettes, deflector plates, sear burners, main burners, drip trays and the firebox/cookbox; inspect and clean the ignition electrodes; check for gas leakes and proper flame performance; polish the exterior including cabinets; and provide a full safety and performance readiness assessment. Discuss any repair needs and options to address failing parts (igniters, burners, regulators, etc,) with a focus on restoring safe, reliable operation. We revive the equipment so it prefprms closer to how it did when it was new.

Many clients provide access instructions for the backyard/outdoor kitchen. We typically send a heads-up text or call 20–30 minutes before arrival so you can coordinate if desired. We’ll leave the area clean and provide a summary of the work performed and any recommendations.

DIY grate scraping and basic maintenance between uses is excellent and recommended. However, a professional service reaches the areas most homeowners miss—clogged burner ports, grease deep in the firebox, venturi tubes, regulators, and ignition components—while also performing critical safety checks for gas leaks and combustion issues. Improper DIY work on gas systems can create hazards. Professional care reduces fire risk, improves flavor and even cooking, and helps avoid costly premature part failures.

Most standard residential grill cleanings and inspections take roughly 1.5–4 hours depending on size, condition, and whether repairs are needed. Built-ins or heavily neglected units may take longer. We provide clear, upfront information so there are no surprises—diagnostic or trip fees are often applied toward completed work, and we focus on transparent recommendations for any parts or additional repairs.
